Affordable Rentals

The FCDP is constructing brand new, affordable rental units in the Maple/Ogden and Virginia Gaston Neighborhoods. New rental homes, duplexes, and townhouses are a mixture of three and four bedroom units, fully equipped with all appliances. Both of these neighborhoods are undergoing revitalization efforts and are within close proximity to Downtown Fairmont and the new I-79 Gateway Connector.

Monthly rent ranges from $465 to $561, depending on the size of the unit. The Partnership includes water, sewage, and trash in the rent price. A security deposit and one year lease are required for all units. All units are smoke-free and no pets are allowed.

Market Rate Rentals
For those looking to rent in Fairmont, the FCDP manages a variety of one, two, and three bedroom units, available in two areas: Traction Square and the Virginia/Gaston Neighborhood. Traction Square offers housing for those who are interested in living near the hustle and bustle of Downtown Fairmont and amenities such as restaurants and shops. Virginia/Gaston Neighborhood housing offers porches and yards for a more relaxed atmosphere. Both areas are within minutes of I-79 via the new Gateway Connector. 

Within these two areas, the Partnership manages thirty-four units: a mixture of single family homes, duplexes, and apartments. Monthly rent ranges from $425 to $675, depending on location and size. Water, sewage, and trash are typically taken care of by the Partnership. A security deposit and one year lease are required for all units.  All units are smoke-free and no pets are allowed.
